Stitch in an enlarge stomach pouch surgery?

For Dr. Stephen Britt, Guntersville, Al. I am a gastric bypass patient of yours, my questions is, do you have a surgery that will make a pouch smaller, if it has gotten larger, and will medicare pay for this procedure? My sugar problems and fibromialgia problems are the only thing I can think of that is causing me to gain 5 or 6 lbs a day??? I get very sick if I eat nothing and I stay hungry all the time....is there help for me? Thanks Deanie Kaplan
